Add a local UK geographic number to your virtual switchboard for a local presence.
Local numbers can be a real advantage for your business, local numbers give a local presence to your business and are often bundled in 'free' minutes from regular landline or mobile packages (encouraging your customers to call).
Some users may have 08XX numbers they are keen to retain from an alternative provider, normally these can only be forwarded to a local UK number.. but they want to use a press1 virtual switchboard. You can solve this by simply adding a local number to your switchboard.
The incoming local number is forwarded (for FREE) to your press1 virtual switchboard.
