There's no additional hardware, you don't pay any incoming call charges, you use your existing phone for answering your calls. Your customers pay 7.91p(inv. VAT) a minute during the day, 3.95p(inc. VAT) per minute in the evening and night time and 1.5p (inc. VAT) per minute at weekends
From the 1st February 2008, callers to 0870 numbers will be charged the equivalent of the national geographic rate (national rate calls to numbers starting 01 or 02)
